🍺HOPTIME HARVEST ALE🍺
Brewed just once a year using wet hops grown right here in Sonoma County by Alexander Valley Hops. Wet hops are added to the kettle just hours after harvest and without being kiln dried, imparting exceptional hop aroma and flavor. Distinctive aromatics and flavors from wet hops differ from those found in dried hops as the volatile oils are exactly as they were when hanging on the vine.

Greetings from the Willamette Valley, Oregon! Vinnie and I have just started our annual pilgrimage North to select the best of the best hops we can find from this year’s harvest! So far the @indiehops Strata and @crosbyhops Amarillo are looking and smelling fantastic. Strata is one of the main hops in Happy Hops and Mind Circus Hazy IPA while Amarillo plays a starring role in both Pliny the Elder and Blind Pig. We are now starting the drive to Yakima with our yearly can’t-miss lunch stop @pfriembeer in Hood River! #hopselection2025 #oregonhops #stratahops #amarillohops
