3 12/16/2006 3/4/2008 Abbey Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1  Lighter in color and slightly milder cherry flavors compared to batch 2 . Overall the acidity and flavors are very balanced.
2 10/1/2005 1/3/2007 Abbey Ale Yeast R.R. Wine 1  Longer barrel age, more acetobacter than previous. Overall compared to batch 001, batch 002 is more acidic & acetic. Cherries are a little more muted when compared to batch 001.

R.R. Wine 1 We primed the bottles with a little less sugar than the Temptation so they will need a little more time to carbonate, otherwise this is a brillant beer.
