⏰It`s HopTime!⏰ This Wet Hop IPA is brewed just once a year using fresh hops grown right here in Sonoma County by Alexander Valley Hops. Wet hops are added to the kettle just hours after harvest and without being kiln dried, imparting exceptional hop aroma and flavor. Vinnie and I just wrapped up our second day in the Pacific Northwest for Hop Selection 2026! 🙌Started our day yesterday @indiehops selecting Strata for Happy Hops and Mind Circus. Enjoyed a fabulous lunch and amazing beers @grandfirbrewing before heading out to the Willamette Valley for @goschiefarms Mittelfruh selection, used primarily in STS Pils. We had a great start today selecting some amazing Amarillo for Pliny the Elder @crosbyhops! And, naturally, we had our obligatory lunch stop @pfriembeer in Hood River on our way to Yakima! I love visiting our hop growers farms, reconnecting with friends, and spending time with Vinnie selecting the best hops of the season for our beers! 🍻
