Matt, Dustin and Ali were visiting us from Firestone Walker earlier this week to help brew STiVO, our collab mash-up of STS Pils and Pivo Pils! This is the first time STiVO has ever been brewed at our Windsor brewery and she is happily fermenting away in an open-top fermenter. STiVO will be available on tap and in bottles at our pubs and for limited distribution late May. We will also be pouring STiVO at the Firestone Walker Invitational! Ran out of energy to post last night, so here are some fun pics from the last two days at both breweries! We love seeing all of the vintage Younger shirts, hearing how many years everyone’s been coming to the release (15 was the most I heard today!), and enjoying the many stories of friendships forged in line turning into annual reunions! And we had a fun time with our friends from Firestone Walker, but more on that later. 🤔Looking forward to doing it all over again tomorrow! #nationalpuppyday

It’s been a great first day for our 2026 Pliny the Younger Release! We love reuniting with so many familiar faces from years past and welcoming first timers, too. There are too many highlights to mention them all, but here are a handful of pix from both breweries. Thank you to everyone who came out today despite the record-breaking heat! And thank you to our hardworking team for crushing it on the first day!
Pliny the Younger will be on tap and in bottles to go at both our Santa Rosa and Windsor pubs through April 2nd. Cheers!
