Brett IPA

Defenestration means to throw something or someone literally out the window.  The Defenestrations of Prague occurred in the 15th and 17th centuries when revolutionaries tossed unwanted politicians out a third story window of the castle, something we found amusing on a trip several years ago.  This is our light-humored way of poking fun at the political state of affairs in our country and beyond!  Defenestration, the beer, is an India Pale Ale fermented with a Norwegian Kveik yeast and bottle and keg conditioned with Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces.  Hops: Warrior, Brewers Gold, Sterling, Amarillo, and Celeia
