Defenestration

BRETT IPA

Defenestration means to throw something or someone literally out the window.  The Defenestrations of Prague occurred in the 15th and 17th centuries when revolutionaries tossed unwanted politicians out a third story window of the castle, something we found amusing on a trip several years ago.  This is our light-humored way of poking fun at the political state of affairs in our country and beyond!  Defenestration, the beer, is an India Pale Ale fermented with a Saison yeast and bottle and keg conditioned with Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces.  Hops: Warrior, Brewers Gold, Sterling, Amarillo, and Celeia
